Who we are. This site is operated by Pacific Delta (“Pacific Delta”). Pacific Delta is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect. When you use the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company, the profile you select and your message. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we use it. We use these details to respond to you and, if you agreed to it in the form, to keep you informed about Pacific Delta. We process them on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it. The details are stored in our internal workspace (Notion). The site is hosted by Vercel, and the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam; Turnstile checks information about your browser and device to tell people from bots, as described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy. These providers may process data in the United States. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.

How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as we are in contact with you, and for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Then we delete them.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@pacificdelta.ai. If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies. This site does not use cookies.
